1. Who provides the service

Typing Progress is a service operated by ZEMOBILE LLC, EIN 30-1306023, with its address at 2810 N. Church St. #4447, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. For any questions, you can write to us at support@typingprogress.com.

2. What Typing Progress is

Typing Progress is a private website that helps people measure and improve their keyboard typing speed and accuracy through tests, practice exercises and progress tracking.

We are not a school or educational institution, we do not provide accredited training and we are not affiliated with any public or academic institution.

3. About results and the certificate

Results are indicative. They depend on the keyboard, the device, the connection and the conditions in which the test is taken, and we do not guarantee that they will match the results of other tests.

The certificate only confirms that a specific result was obtained on our platform on a specific date. It is valid only within our own system: it is not an official qualification and it is not endorsed, recognized or accredited by any educational institution, public body or authority of the European Union or of any other country.

Each certificate has a unique ID and a QR code. By scanning it, anyone, for example a recruiter or a company, can check on our website that the result was obtained on Typing Progress. We do not verify the identity of the person taking the test: the name on the certificate is the one entered by the user.

Whether a company or institution accepts the certificate is entirely up to them. We do not guarantee that it will help you get a job or achieve any other outcome.

4. Your account

To use the paid services, you must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your email address, for access to your account and for everything done with it.

5. Price, 7-day access and subscription

Taking the initial test is free. To see the full result, the PDF report and the certificate, you make a one-time payment of $1.95. That payment includes 7 days of full access to Typing Progress.

If you do not cancel before those 7 days end, the subscription renews automatically at $49.95 per month and is charged every month until you cancel it. Before paying, you will always see the price in your currency, including any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we generate your PDF report and your certificate and send them to the email address used for the purchase, including the one linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay if you pay with them. You can also always access them from your dashboard.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us at support@typingprogress.com.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, from the “Cancel subscription” page or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Refunds and right of withdrawal

The result, the report and the certificate are digital content delivered immediately. By paying, you request that they be delivered right away and you accept that, once delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal where the law allows this.

We do not give refunds for a change of mind or for periods that have already started. We will review in good faith any charges that are duplicated, unauthorized or made after a valid cancellation. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

9. Proper use

You may not use programs, bots or any other tool to type for you or alter the results, take the test on behalf of someone else, or try to access parts of the service that you are not entitled to. We may cancel results and certificates obtained fraudulently and suspend the accounts involved.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its texts, designs, tests, exercises, certificates and brand belong to ZEMOBILE LLC. You may download and share your own certificates and reports, but you may not copy or reuse the rest of the service.

11. Service availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We use third-party providers for hosting, payments and email, and there may be interruptions or errors beyond our control. We may change, improve or remove features when necessary.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, income or data, or for decisions that third parties make based on your results.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or fraud, or any rights that cannot be limited by law.

13. Personal data

We process your data as explained in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know. Changes do not affect payments already made.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and you may bring a claim before its courts.
